YouKind Compostable Mailing Bags are premium, opaque black postal mailers made from certified compostable bioplastic film—built to protect parcels in transit while keeping orders discreet. Each mailer uses a strong 60 µm compostable film (sturdier than many standard poly mailers) and a peel-and-seal closure for quick packing without extra tape.
All sizes come in a double-strip (two peel-and-seal strips) format, so customers can reuse the same bag at least once—perfect for returns, exchanges, or re-shipping—before composting. A printed scissor line makes it easy to cut neatly for reuse, and the matte, writable surface works well with shipping labels and marker pens.
Designed to be reused first, then disposed of responsibly: remove any non-compostable labels/tape, then place in home compost (where available) or industrial composting systems. Certified to EN 13432 and marked with recognized compostability logos to support confident, planet-conscious shipping.

What does “double strip” mean — and why does it matter?
Double strip means there are two peel-and-seal adhesive strips.
Use the first strip to seal your parcel when you ship it out. Then if your customer needs to return or reuse the mailer, the second strip lets them reseal it neatly—no extra tape, no mess, less waste.
Are these bags actually compostable — or “plastic-like” compostable?
These mailing bags are made from certified compostable bioplastic film and are certified to EN 13432, with recognised compostability marks (Seedling + TÜV AUSTRIA OK compost).
They’re designed to break down in composting conditions, unlike traditional plastic mailers which can linger for years.
Can I compost it at home, or does it need industrial composting?
Both, depending on what’s available to you. These mailers are suitable for home compost and industrial composting (where facilities exist).

How strong are they? Will they tear in the post?
