Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unapproved returns may not be accepted.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.

If your item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us at info@youkind.co.uk as soon as possible so we can review the issue and make it right.

Where appropriate, we may offer:

  • a replacement of the same item
  • return instructions
  • or a refund, depending on the situation

Return Conditions

To help us assess your request, we may ask for:

  • photos of the item and packaging, where applicable

Non-Returnable Situations

Exchanges

We do not usually process direct exchanges for different products.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after approval.

Please note that your bank or card provider may take additional time to process the refund.
